By placing an order with us, you accept our conditions and terms and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Orders
To place an order, you must provide us with your script or text, name, pictures, email address, and payment information. We will use your pictures to create videos and deliver them to you via email.
2. Payment
You agree to pay us the fees specified on our birthday site for the videos we create and deliver to you. you must provide us with valid details payment information, and we will use the details of the payment information you provide to process your order.
3. Delivery
when We will deliver your videos to the email address and check the inbox or spam folder. if you not found it. contact us. We will make every effort to deliver your videos within the timely or specified on our website.

The personalized birthday gifts video is too short. The videos are on average 35-60 seconds long. Please respect our team members’ work and time. Up to 1 minute is possible on request – but not longer than that.
The text was mispronounced. We cannot guarantee that the actors or our team members will be able to pronounce the text or script perfectly in every language.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights in the pictures you provide to us. By providing us with your pictures, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the pictures to create videos for you. you are also represented and warrant that you have all the necessary rights to grant this license
5. Warranties and Limitations of Liability
We warrant that the videos we create for you will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (10) days from the date of delivery. If you believe that our videos are defective, please message or contact our support team immediately, and we will work with you to resolve this problem issue
